Items will be shipped via Hongkong Post airmail within 1-3 working days after receive the payment.
Estimated shipping times will take 7- 30 days. Actual delivery may vary.

For each address, the following charges apply:
Orders US$60 or Under: US$4
Orders US$60 Over: FREE STANDARD DELIVERY to one address.

Once our products have shipped, we are not responsible for tariffs, custom duties or import fees that may be charged when the package arrives in your country.

EXCHANGE & RETURN
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may exchange or return most items for a full refund less shipping & handling charges based on the original form of payment, provided the item is returned to us unworn and free of defects in the original packing within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Please message us before returning the items.
All items properly returned are eligible for a refund or an exchange, at your option.
REFUND, the full purchase price (Shipping & Handling charges excluded) will be credited when we has received and processed your return. We will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card.
EXCHANGE, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. However, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanged goods. Replacement is once per order.
Items cannot be accept for return:
(1) Custom orders, such as engraved items cannot be exchanged or returned.
(2) Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
(3)Gift recipients entitled to a nonrefundable store credit. * If the total order amount less than US$65 after cancel purchase, shipping & handling charges will be deducted from the refund. How to return:
1 - Make sure you have read our Return Policy above.
2 - Message us your Order Number in the Order Confirmation email to tell us your return option, exchange or refund.
3 - We will send you a Return Instructions Email.
4 - Follow the return instructions and ship the item back to us.
Please wrap the items with the original packaging (items should not be loose when package is shook) and make sure to include the tracking number, name and address so we will be able to properly credit your account. Also, You can indicate on the invoice the reason for the return so that Arylza might serve you even better in the future.
* Arylza is not responsible for returned items that become lost or damaged in transit and suggest return shipments be insured.
